3) Weight lifting.
The more muscles you have the more fat your body can burn. The best way to build muscles is train with weights. Do you follow a diet and you don't train with weights yes then you are making the mistake that can kill your fat burning goals. With some diets you lose muscles, if you lose muscles your resting metabolic rate will decrease and you will burn fewer calories.
4) Fitness magazines are scamming you.
If you have a subscription on a fitness magazine you have already discovered that they are publishing ads about fat loss pills. In the introducing paragraph of this article I have told you that they don't work in the long run.
