Excess Body Fat

Excess body fat is linked to major physical threats like heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. Excess body fat makes you in need for more energy to breathe because your heart has to work harder to pump blood to the lungs and to the excess fat throughout the body. People with excess body fat also have high cholesterol levels that make them more prone to arteriosclerosis, a narrowing of the arteries by deposits of plaque. Blood vessels become so narrow or blocked that vital organs like the brain, heart or kidneys are deprived of blood. The heart pumps harder and the blood pressure rises. this causes heart attack, stroke and kidney failure.
In women, excess body fat has been linked to a higher rate of breast and uterine cancer. In men, the threat comes from colon and prostate cancer. The good news is that reducing body fat reduces the risk of disease.
For people with a family history of heart disease, an active lifestyle can slow or stop the process of gaining new body fat. Active lifestyle helps reducing excess body fat. Simple 20-30 exercises can help to solve excess body fat problem. Do not be lazy to do them for your health. Health is the most important thing in a human.
Good Luck!
